Unrefrigerated: plant collection for direct planting
Method raspberry and blackberry longcanes: For deliveries from 1 March, we will immediately remove the plastic on top and the foil on the sides after the plants are taken out of the cold store; this will be done up to 3 days before delivery. The transport document will state: temperature 5-12 degrees.

Frozen: plant collection for self-cooling
Method raspberry and blackberry longcanes: Plants will be loaded directly from the cold store. Transport temperature is 0 degrees Celsius (we do not transport longcanes below zero due to risk of cold store damage). Chilled transport is possible from 8 pallets onwards. Self-cooling means 100% own risk.

Defrost advice for self-cooling:
Remove plants from cold store 3-7 days before planting to thaw with the following measures: (1) Immediately after taking out from cold store remove all plastic both on top and sides. (2) Let plants thaw in the cold store or in a shed at a temperature between 5-18 degrees Celsius, never directly in the sun! (3) When the pot is completely thawed, the plants can be planted.
