Van den Elzen Plants produces plug plants as well as longcanes of various raspberry varieties. The plug plants are produced from our own mother blocks in specially prepared greenhouses. The production of longcanes takes place on more than 170 hectares of cultivation area on specially designed fields. The fields are located within a radius of 50 kilometers and the varieties are spread over these fields for the purpose of risk spreading.
SUMMER- (FLORICANE) & AUTUMN (PRIMOCANE) RASPBERRY PLANTS:
Van den Elzen Plants produces longcanes of both summer- and autumn raspberries. The varieties we produce include Vajolet, Lagorai, Dafne, Majestic, Serena, Glen Ample, Kwanza, Tulameen and club varieties Endurance, Diamond Jubilee and Sapphire.
